16th KARWENDELMARSCH: COURSE RECORDS FOR WOMEN AND MEN!

On 30 August 2025, the 16th Karwendelmarsch once again attracted around 2,300 trail runners, marchers and hikers to the Karwendel Nature Park. After overnight rainfall, it was initially dry in the morning before the rain set in again later. The cool temperatures and good conditions ensured fast times on the 35 and 52 kilometre routes. In the men’s race, last year’s winner Thomas Roach was successful once again and set a new course record with a time of 3:55:48. In the women’s race, last year’s winner Maike Drieb-Schön also won convincingly with a new record time (4:49:59).
